Do you offer island wide delivery?

Absolutely! We have two locations to serve you. With our headquarters located in Black Bess, St. Peter, and our South Coast location in Maxwell, Christ Church.

What happens after I submit a quote?

We will have one of our CSRs contact you within 24 hours.

Can I choose locations?

Yes! You can choose between our Black Bess, St. Peter and Maxwell, Christ Church locations.

What if I order the wrong item?

How can I extend my rental time?

What should I do in the instance of equipment damages/malfunctions?

Inform us immediately and we will advise you accordingly. Fees may be applicable depending on the issue.

How do I pay?

Our customer service representatives will contact you and take your payment via the telephone or you can visit us at any of our two locations and pay in store.

I need advice on what to rent. Can you help?

What is the damage waiver and is it optional?

The damage waiver is an optional payment on each rental to save you any headache with any accidental damages that may occur while operating any of our rental equipment.

Can I collect and drop off my rental at any of your locations?

Yes, no matter the initial store of rental you can return the equipment to the most convenient location.
