Delivery Policy
- ● You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your purchase item.
- ● Delivery costs are nonrefundable.
- ● We do not accept cash on delivery, payment is needed before delivery.
- ● There are no deliveries on Sunday.
- ● In order to receive your delivery in a timely manner, all small tool requests must be in at least 24 hours before rental is required and large equipment requests must be in at least 48 to 72 hours in advance.
- ● In order to receive any deliveries of large equipment, adequate space is required and this may require a site visit in order to assess the delivery surroundings.
- ● This site visit will be arranged prior to any confirmation of equipment if required. You will be notified via your preferred contact method when pickup is approaching.
- ● Please note if you are unreachable you will be charged a late fee if this hinders the scheduled pickup of any equipment.
